But having not blogged yesterday it's reminded me of something that bothers me -- it's when people say they are going to do something and then they don't. I am a pretty supportive person. I can't go to everything that my friends are a part of - but I do try - and it's frustrating when the support is not felt back. Being a director I am often casting people in shows... and it seems there's a select group of people who are selectively my friends when I am doing a show that they think they would be suitable in. I wonder if these people know that I notice when just after I send out an audition notice I get a "hey how's it going?" type message, because I do. I'm not saying I am perfect, but it would be nice to feel support sometimes from people who I feel I support quite frequently... but maybe it's just the way I see things. Who knows?
So other than that - things are good...

Hey, how's it going? (haha)
I'm so loving your blog.
I'm really curious about this tourism challenge. Where've you been, and where are you heading next? I've done a lot of local sightseeing (I think because I'm originally from out East) but there is much more that I'd like to see (or return to).
I'd really like to check out the Botanical Garden in Queen Elizabeth Park and also the lookout at the Harbour Centre. Are those on the list? If so, let's actually do it!
I love doing the whole "tourist in your own city" thing. It's fun. There are tons of historic buildings in Vancouver that I'd like to check out. One thing you should do is take the seabus to Lonsdale Quay and have lunch there on the dock. It's super nice in the summer.
I'm enjoying reading your blog and looking forward to more!

I've had the tourism challenge card before! Make sure you get the right amount of stamps from attractions and from hotels to get the card. The first year, I misinterpreted the rules and didn't earn the card. Having the pass is really useful throughout the year, it's great to just go to the aquarium or art gallery whenever you like, and take someone with you.
